Our Containment Level 3 (CL3) suite of laboratories is equipped to support medical research and the study of infectious diseases, fostering ground breaking discoveries with a focus on safety and biosecurity.
We have a purpose-built CL3 suite, designed to provide the highest level of safety and security for handling Hazard Group 3 organisms. Our facilities include: Self-contained laboratory units sealable for fumigation with Class 1 and Class 2 Microbiological Safety Cabinets, double HEPA filtered air exhaust maintaining a negative pressure in the laboratories, HEPA filtered air intake providing a clean environment, and auxiliary rooms. Our technical team follows a rigorous maintenance and testing schedule to ensure optimal performance and safety.
