Entry requirements

  • Undergraduate

    We do not accept direct entry from Standard XII onto any of the following courses:

    • Medicine (MBBS)
    • Biomedical Science BSc (Hons)/MSci
    • Diagnostic Radiography BSc (Hons)
    • Physiotherapy BSc (Hons)

  • Postgraduate

    All of our MSc courses require a 60% or above in the Indian Bachelor’s degree. 

    Please see the relevant course page for any specific degree required.

  • English

    Below are the requirements for IELTS and Standard XII only. Please see individual course pages for more information.

    We do not accept Standard XII English for any of our courses below postgraduate level.

    • All Medicine (MBBS) courses, Physiotherapy BSc (Hons), Diagnostic Radiography BSc (Hons) require IELTS 7.0 with at least 7.0 in Writing and Speaking, 6.5 in Reading and Listening, or Standard XII English 80%.

    • Biomedical Science MRes,  Biomedical Science BSc (Hons), Sports Cardiology MSc, Applied Exercise for Health MSc and Rehabilitation MSc require IELTS 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each skill or Standard XII English 75%.

    • Genomic Medicine MSc requires an overall 7.0 with 6.5 in Listening, Reading and Speaking and 7.0 in Writing or Standard XII English 80%.
