Information for schools and colleges

Our student recruitment and widening participation teams can help you inform your pupils about career opportunities.

Meet us at UCAS fairs

We attend UCAS fairs up and down the country. Come and find us at a UCAS fair near you to find out more about our courses and have your questions answered.

We attend UCAS fairs throughout the year. These give prospective students, parents, guardians, teachers and careers advisers an opportunity to chat to our recruitment team and current students about our courses before they apply.

Useful tips when attending UCAS events

It might be useful to consider a few questions before you attend the event and have a list of universities you’d like to speak to. Remember, university isn’t just about academic life. Where possible speak to students and find out the location, accommodation and of course, the social life.

With those points in mind just turn up at your next nearest event and our friendly recruitment advisors will be happy to answer any questions you have.

For more information about open days and to book a place, please see our open days page.

We run postgraduate open events for prospective postgraduate students.

Through our student recruitment and widening participation activities, we work with schools and colleges to help students from all backgrounds decide on their future career.

We can also facilitate school and college visits to St George’s so your pupils can visit our campus, find out more about our courses and speak with our teaching staff and current students to get a feeling of what it is really like to study here.
