Unless otherwise indicated, we expect to have vacancies for the courses on our application form* and Clearing vacancies webpage for 2024 entry.

However please note that there may be very few vacancies for some courses and due to the fast-moving nature of UCAS Clearing, we may reach capacity and close for 2024 entry at any stage while your application is being considered.

Therefore, if you meet the entry requirements, you will be offered a place, but your entry year will not be confirmed until after you have accepted your offer. When we are able to confirm your entry year, you may be offered a place for 2024 entry if there are vacancies. If not, you will be offered 2025 entry, and added to a waiting list for 2024 entry.

If you are placed on a waiting list for 2024 entry, we may be able to amend your entry year to 2024 if further vacancies arise as a result of other students being unable to take up their place as planned, or due to a late increase in the availability of placements for some courses. In this instance you will be contacted directly by the Admissions team.

Please note that it is not possible to provide details of the chance of your year of entry being brought forward, nor to indicate where you are positioned on a waiting list for 2024. If you find yourself on a waiting list for a 2024 place and wish to take up a place at another university, you are able to use the self-release feature within your UCAS account to withdraw your place and re-enter Clearing.

Thank you for your patience.

* If the application form shows ‘Course Closed’ after the course name in the drop-down list of courses, you should not continue to submit an application for this course. Please choose an alternative course from the list. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, we are unable to remove courses entirely from this list within the form when they are no longer accepting applications.
