The Network provides safe and supportive space for staff, as well a formal channel to raise issues. The Network takes an action focused approach to driving change at St George’s.
The LGBT+ Staff Network exists for university and hospital staff who identify as LGBT+ or other non-binary identities to feel included and supported in the St George’s community. Staff can also join as allies.
The aim of the SGUL Young Staff Network is to be a supportive space for younger staff in the organisation to meet, socialise, and share useful resources on continuous professional development.
