Building 2 incorporates higher specification rooms with more space, wider beds, larger en-suite bathrooms, softer carpets, and redesigned desk spaces. It also includes a 300 square metre common room, which can be used as a venue for meetings, presentations, or other activities.

Each block in Building 1 features a small common rooms with comfortable chairs and a large plasma-screen television. In Building 2 there is one large common room for all to share. There are on-site laundry facilities, internet access in all units, and a 24-hour security-manned reception, as well as an adjacent convenience shop.
