The ConcePTION project aims to build a platform that can use Real World Data (RWD) to generate Real World Evidence (RWE) regarding safety of medication use in pregnancy and breast-feeding for evidence-based decision-making in clinical and regulatory settings.
SGUL researchers are involved five methodologically diverse sub-projects demonstrating how the ConcePTION platform could facilitate future studies of medication use and safety based on data from health registries and linked databases in Europe in a distributed, timely, and scientifically sound way.
