The Phasespace Mindset Study- A trial of Virtual Reality (VR) Hypnotherapy in perceived stress in healthcare students
We are studying whether a specially designed virtual reality (VR) hypnotherapy intervention can help with stress reduction in students. A previous iteration of the experience was successfully trialled as a pilot on 15 students at SGUL in July 2022. We will test the intervention over five days compared to a control arm , standard welfare support at SGUL, with fifty students in each arm. Funded by INNOVATE.
