Changing your Password

If you would like to change your password or if you have forgotten it and would like to reset it, you can do it online.

• Change your password if you know it

• Reset your password if you have forgotten it. 

You will be asked to enter your username and old password, and then type in your new password twice to confirm that it is correct.

If you are unable to use the automated reset system, you should come into the library helpdesk in person with your St George’s ID.

If you are physically unable to come into the helpdesk to get your password reset you can email IT/AV Support for advice.
