Our Festive Feedback tree project runs in December every year. We have a wooden tree opposite the main Library gates, with tags which people can leave their feedback about the Library on. Over the years, Festive Feedback has been very popular and resulted in service improvements such as more plug sockets in the Library, a change to the rules about food, and generally informed us on users' feelings about the staff and the Library experience. We look forward to the valuable insights our users provide us through the tree every year, and find it a really useful resource for knowing how to improve the space in a a useful way.
