Terms and Conditions

• Pods and rooms can only be booked by City St George’s students based at the Tooting Campus

• Individual pods are for one student. Group pods and rooms should have a minimum of three students and a maximum of four students

• Maximum booking duration per student is two hours per day 

• Bookings can be made two weeks in advance and are available in 30-minute slots

• A group may have a pod or room for no more than two hours per day; consecutive bookings by the same group are not permitted. 

• Please keep the doors closed; please turn the vent in the ceiling to increase air flow

• Food must not be consumed in the pods

• Drinks are permitted

• All pods should be left in a clean and tidy state, with all rubbish removed
