Desktop and MS Teams backgrounds for use from 1 August 2024

From 1 August 2024 the following desktop and MS Teams backgrounds are available for use by staff:

How to change your desktop background

The link on this page contains a zip file full of images that are the correct size for most screens.  

To add it to your screen, on Windows 10/11, first extract the image(s) of your choice from the zip file to a location of your choosing, then select Start > Settings > Personalization > Background.

In the list next to Personalize your background, select Picture and then pick your background of choice from the location you saved the images in.

How to change your MS Teams backdrop 

While you're setting up your video and audio before joining a meeting, select Background filters. It's just below the video image.

To use an image of your own, select Add new and then pick your background of choice from the location you saved the images in.
