PowerPoint template

The PowerPoint template is in 16:9 format, which should fill all screens installed in lecture theatres, and is the modern standard for screen ratios.

The templates contain a variety of title and section slides. By clicking on the symbols within the placeholder areas, you can add your own image to personalise your presentation.

The various content page layouts also contain options to embed images, videos and graphs, and the template is set by default to use the St George’s colour palette.

Content pages offer a variety of layouts, with a blank version provided. Where possible, please use versions with the logo visible.

Best practice for using PowerPoint templates

When creating a PowerPoint presentation please consider the accessibility needs of your audience.

Make sure that your headings and text are clearly legible, by using a large font size and ensuring your text colour has high contrast with your background.

To make things easier to read, the template backgrounds are set to a light grey, which reduces glare. Black text on these will be easiest to read for most.Poster templates
