The catalogue contains a very wide range of products at discounted pricing. Here you can browse for the items you require.

Placing an order

You can now place orders directly with NHS Supply Chain via authorised buyers within your Institute or department. However, please continue to do the following:

  • Report any discrepancies on orders to NHS Supply Chain within three days of delivery

  • Receipt orders and pay invoices in a timely manner so that the University's account is not put on hold

  • Endeavour to resolve, as soon as possible, any invoice queries you receive from Accounts Payable.

Please find guidance notes here and make sure you raise, and enter, the Purchase Order number in the online catalogue's Local Reference field when placing your order as this will need to be quoted on the respective invoice.
