Join us for this week’s Cell Biology & Genetics External seminar: "Glia response to amyloid pathology: let's talk about sex", to be given by Dr Lorena Arancibia Carcamo (Crick Institute), hosted by Tom Carter.
Lorena’s lab investigates the molecular mechanisms underpinning neuronal and glial physiology focusing on myelination and microglia dynamics.
In this seminar Lorena will talk about her recent work looking at microglia-astrocyte cross talk in the amyloid plaque niche in a mouse model of Alzheimer’s disease.
This is an in person event only. We hope you can join us.
