Alumna Jessica Brett studied graduated in Nursing in 1998 before studying Healthcare Practice at St George’s from 2011-2014. She says, “I studied nursing to see my family overcome poverty. In my village, nursing was deemed too ambitious, but this, and resistance from my family, didn’t dissuade me”.
Her career has spanned Nursing Homes, NHS and Private Hospitals in Intensive Care and Senior Critical Care Outreach. She has established various small businesses and a very successful nursing recruitment agency. Jessica was a finalist for Best Emerging Employer 2017 and Best Managing Director 2018.
