YoungMinds: have some useful advice and resources on looking after your mental health while self‐isolating 

Action for Happinesshas a calendar of things to do to stay positive. You can also register to receive daily tips, advice and quotes to help you stay positive during this unsettling time. 

Mental Health Foundation: another mental health charity and has some useful information.

Mindare a mental health charity and they have created a great resource for those self‐isolating who feel anxious about it. Their main website has other useful links and information about how and where to access other support. 

You can also access support from the NHS. Visit their website to find out what support is available and how you can access it. The NHS also provides a list of mental health support services for young people, within your local area (type in your postcode to generate a list of support available near you). And finally, the Samaritanshas a helpline you can call at any time. Tel: 116 123 (UK) or 116 123 (ROI), 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
