The nearest Underground station is Barbican, on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines. To reach the Barbican, exit the station and cross Aldersgate Street in front of you. Walk through the road tunnel (Beech Street) before taking the first turning right into Silk Street. The Barbican is straight ahead of you.
Alternatively, exit the station using the stairs to the first floor, crossing the road using the footbridge before following the signs to the Barbican. Other Underground stations nearby are Moorgate, St Paul's, Bank, Liverpool Street and Mansion House.

Please remember that traffic in the centre of London can get very congested, especially at peak times, and that there is a congestion charge in operation. Parking at the Barbican is limited but the car parks are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are always manned.
All car parks are within the Barbican Centre and can be accessed via Silk Street or via the Beech Street tunnel.
Access by Silk Street
The first car park will be car park 3 and you will be on level 1 of the Barbican.
Access by Beech Street
The first car park will be car park 5 and car park 4 and you will be on the ground floor of the Barbican.
Please note: the car park has a height restriction of: 6'1" / 1.85m

If anyone in your party would like to cycle, you'll find free cycle racks in car park 3 and car park 5. There are also additional public bike racks on Golden Lane and Silk Street.
Accessibility
When graduates book their tickets, they are asked for access information for both themselves and their guests, so we can make appropriate arrangements for seating during the ceremony. If you would like to discuss your requirements with a member of staff, please email us or give us a call.
There are several spaces for wheelchair users and some seats available for people with very limited mobility.
Assistance dogs may be taken into the hall but please tell us in advance, so we can make sure you are allocated appropriate seats. If you prefer, you may leave your dog with a member of the cloakroom staff during the performance.
There is an induction loop in the hall. You can use this by adjusting your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting.
