Dr Shah is based in the GP teaching department at SGUL. She is Responsible Examiner for MBBS P-Year written exam and Academic Lead for the MBBS5 Year 1 Introduction to Medicine module. She contributes to the Medical Schools Council national Medical Licensing Exam (MLA) Applied Knowledge Test (AKT) on the exam construction group and the standard setting panel. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Alongside her academic role, Dr Shah is a GP in London, with an interest in dermatology.
