The FACS Melody is our newest sorting instrument. The instrument has a very easy way of controlling the sort process. The instrument is housed in a Class II biosafety cabinet.
The FACS Melody is our newest cell sorting instrument, designed for ease of use with a simple and intuitive control system. The system is housed in a Class II biosafety cabinet, to ensures ssterile condition while processing a wide range of samples. The FACS Melody supports a 9-colour panel, plus FSC (Forward Scatter) and SSC (Side Scatter) for comprehensive multi-parameter analysis.

Each Colour shown in the image above is provided as an example, users should confirm the correct colour by checking the filter settings for accuracy.
The FACS Melody offers flexible sorting options, including two-way or four-way sorting into 1.5, 2.0, and 5.0-ml sample tubes. For one-way sorting, it supports a variety of plate formats, including 6-, 24-, 48-, and 96-well plates, making it ideal for a range of applications. Additionally, samples can be temperature-controlled at 4°C, 22°C, or 37°C, to ensure optimal conditions for specific cell sorting needs.

The CytoFLEX S Analyzer at our facility is equipped with 4 lasers (Blue, Yellow-Green, Red, and Violet), enabling 13-colour analysis. It supports sample injection via tubes or 96-well plates, offering flexibility for various experimental designs.
To design your experiment, we recommend using the Spectra analyser tool, selecting BECKMAN CytoFLEX S V4-B2-Y4-R3 from the lists.

Accuri C6 is a compact cell analyser with two lasers (488nm and 633nm), four fluorescence channels, and Forward and Side Scatter. This instrument allows 4-colour analysis. The primary use of the system is for teaching purposes.
