Year 12
Insight to Healthcare
A multi-intervention programme which supports aspiring healthcare students considering a future career in either medicine, paramedic science or physiotherapy.
Applications for Insight to Healthcare 2025 will open in December 2024 closing in late February 2025. You can read more on the Insight to Healthcare webpage.
Careers Fair
An opportunity for students considering a career in health or science to visit us onsite to find out more about our undergaduate courses and the career opportunities they provide.
Schools and colleges are contacted directly by the Widening Participation team to invite them to participate.
Years 12 - 13
School and college visits
St George's staff and student ambassadors deliver subject-specific presentations, talks on applying to university, student life and attend HE and Careers Fairs.

Year 13
Interview Support
Mock multiple mini interviews (MMIs) are held onsite to support aspiring healthcare students to develop their confidence and prepare for their interviews.
Online interview workshops are also held in winter to be able to support a wider scope of aspiring students.
Schools and colleges eligible to participate in Mock MMI practice are contacted directly.
