You can re-order the pages or items within a folder, or set them to appear alphabetically. The order they appear within a folder will be reflected in the menus on the live website.

Note: moving a page or other piece of content into a different folder will likely break any links used in courses, news items, events, publications and other websites.

Moving content within a folder

  1. Click the folder and select Manage Menu.

  2. Drag and drop the items from the left-hand Drag column. The folder homepage should always sit at the top of the folder, while your images/documents folders should sit at the bottom.

  3. To sort by alphabetical order, check the Alphabetical order box in the top right.

  4. To hide a page or folder from the menus on the site, uncheck the item in the Include in Menu column.
  5. Click Save.
