The accessibility project was a collaborative project between library staff and students. The project was aimed at increasing our understanding about how accessibility and neurodiversity impacts service experience. The project also identified accessibility barriers within the service and rectified them with student input.
The festive feedback tree is an annual initiative aimed at gathering user feedback about the library service. Library users are encouraged to write their comments on a Christmas tag and hang it on a Christmas tree located in the library.
