Here at St George’s, University of London, we value and actively encourage all students to share their experiences, perceptions and ideas of how we might improve every aspect of the educational journey.
We gather student opinion on learning, teaching, learning resources, student support, and university experience via the National Student Survey (NSS), the Student Experience Survey (SES), the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES), the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) and the Student Online Teaching Survey (SOLTS). At the same time, students can give feedback and raise issues in real-time via Unitu, St George's student voice online platform.
We feedback the actions taken through multiple communication channels: the student newsletter, posters, banners, digital screens, St George's and the Student Union social media channels.
At St George's we use a variety of surveys to capture the students' views on multiple aspects of their programme/ course experience.
