To order products from consignment stock, please do the following:
Raise a purchase order in the usual manner using Merck`s supplier ID, C102041 (do not use Merck’s eMarketplace ID). It is good practice to add ‘to collect from stores’ or ‘consignment stock’, so that the purchase order does not get sent directly to the supplier by the final purchaser.
Print your purchase order.
Take your purchase order to Site Services in the basement and collect your products.
Please note:
Site Services will only issue our consignment items with a purchase order
all consignment items are for collection only
order receipting is done centrally by the storesperson.
